At Kulottee, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to process and ship orders within 2–3 business days once your payment is confirmed. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number is provided so you can follow its journey.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the purchase date indicated on your receipt to return or exchange your item. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns/Exchanges
If you decide to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, please ensure the product is unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original condition. For orders containing multiple items or sets, all pieces must be returned together. Items designated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees on online orders.

Condition of Returned Items

Returns Due to Quality Issues
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a defect or quality issue, Kulottee will cover the return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.

Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns initiated due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and determine eligibility for a refund or exchange.
