Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or major promotions, processing times may extend slightly — but we will keep you updated through email notifications and real-time order tracking.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast delivery:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days across the contiguous U.S.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or destination-specific factors.
Shipping Coverage
Kulottee ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• The carrier’s name
• Your tracking number
• A direct tracking link to monitor progress in real time
Risk of Loss & Title
All shipments are sent FOB shipping point, meaning ownership of the package transfers to you once the carrier accepts it. When a package is marked “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing:
Confirm that your shipping address is correct.
Check with neighbors or anyone who may have accepted the package.
Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If the package is still not found, contact us at support@kulottee.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist with an investigation. While replacements for stolen packages are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to support you. Filing a claim directly with the carrier is recommended for theft cases.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to:
• Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or
• Request a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Multiple Shipments
For faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. Each package will include its own tracking number.
